• You can copy all of the attributes of the objects to many objects by double-clicking the Format Painter Button image, so choosing many objects in succession. Click the Format Painter Button image once more once you are done.
• You can speed up this procedure by memorizing keyboard shortcuts for the Format Painter tool. to repeat data formatting, choose the text, control, or alternative object with the attributes you wish to repeat so press CTRL+SHIFT+C.
• To use the derived data formatting, click the article you wish to repeat the attributes to so pressing CTRL+SHIFT+V.
• The Format Painter tool turns off mechanically once you click the second form and therefore the data formatting has been applied.
