ii) on home tab click the format printer

iii) use the brush to paint over a selection of text or graphics to apply the formmating

iv) To stop formatting,press ESC

  • You can speed up this procedure by memorizing keyboard shortcuts for the Format Painter tool. to repeat data formatting, choose the text, control, or alternative object with the attributes you wish to repeat so press CTRL+SHIFT+C.
  • To use the derived data formatting, click the article you wish to repeat the attributes to so pressing CTRL+SHIFT+V.
  • The Format Painter tool turns off mechanically once you click the second form and therefore the data formatting has been applied.
  • To change many shapes, click the form you wish to repeat, then press and hold Ctrl whereas you click the shapes you wish to alter. Then right-click and click on Format Painter. All the clicked forms take the data formatting of the primary shape you clicked.
