While India can boast of having the third largest higher education system in the world, reality is that India is facing a severe shortage of skilled human resources. The reason for such a contrasting situation is the extremely low quality of primary, secondary, and college-level education in India. A possible way-out from this situation is privatization of the education system, which is predominantly public at present. Privatization of education has the potential to improve the quality of education as well as to reduce the cost. However, to ensure access to education for all, the government must design an effective transfer-payment system. Thus, privatization of the country’s education system, coupled with a well-tailored transfer-payment system, can help improve the quality of education in India and reduce costs for parents.

The most significant responsibility in the current situation is to confer high-grade and quality education. Children are the country developer of tomorrow and to produce them as a good citizen we require to implement them with decent education so that they can become the support of the nation's growth.

Privatization in education has expanded the possibilities by extending the range of acceptance in all levels of education. Due to control, level of quality developed in few set-ups to the excellent extent, however, this is not true with all individual institutions.

Most Individual institutions are intended for financially strong levels of society and the underprivileged children are compelled to go to government schools. This has increased the rift between the ordinary and the rich. Due to the management of several institutions such as Shiksha Mitra, Samvida, Guruji, Shikshan Sewak,  etc, young talent is not at all engaged in the government system besides NVS/KVS and Excellence academies.
