Yes it forms an Ap with a=3500 and d=3500
It can be solved by calculating interest at the end of 1;2; ....10 years respectively.

Answer:

Hence, The interest is in A.P. with first term, a = 3500 and common difference ,  d = 3500

Step-by-step explanation:

Principal = Rs. 50000

Rate of interest = 7%

                          = 0.07

Time = 10 years

Interest after 1st year :

Interest = 50000 × 0.07 × 1

             = Rs. 3500

Interest after 2nd year :

Interest = 50000 × 0.07 × 2

             = Rs. 7000

Interest after 3rd year :

Interest = 50000 × 0.07 × 3

             = Rs. 10500

Hence, The interest is in A.P. with first term, a = 3500 and common difference ,  d = 3500
