Because it is almost scorching heat,and like the surface is burning during the daytime, basically weather is not pleasant

Priya's mother said it because in Vizag, its not good spot to visit during summer. Its too hot and the valley doesn't offer any spectacular view in summer as all leaves get dried up, there is no water in any of the falls, Valley doesn't look gree at all. However, if someone visits during monsoon or spring, one would get a very nice view.
