radius = 14

Perimeter of circle =2πr

=2×22/7×14

=88cm

Length of wire is 88cm .

Now ,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 (l+b)

88 =2(24+b)

b=20cm

Ar. of rectangle= l×b

=20×24

=480cm^2

Ar. of circle = πr^2

=22/7×14×14

=616cm^2

Hence, circle encloses 136cm^2 of more area than rectangle .
