a)1/2 b)3/43
Solution:-
Total no.of cards = 86
no.of odd numbered cards = 43
therefore, probability of getting an odd number is 43/86 = 1/2
no.of perfect square numbered cards = 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81
= 6
therefore, probability of getting a perfect square number is 6/86 = 3/43
Solution:-
Total no.of cards = 86
no.of odd numbered cards = 43
therefore, probability of getting an odd number is 43/86 = 1/2
no.of perfect square numbered cards = 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81
