F=mgh
=0.2×10×2
=4N
so the answer is 4N

adityarindhe50: hey man but given answer is 22 by my teacher

Heya❤❤

Ur answer is: option (c) 22N //this is enough for 1 Mark or for mcq

Explanation::

The work/energy input to the system is

W=E=(F−mg)δ

This energy is completely transformed into potential energy so

(F−mg)δ=mgh

with

F=mg(1+hδ)

here

δ=0.2 [m]

m=0.2 [K]

h=2 [m]

then

F=0.2⋅10(1+20.2)=22 [N]

hope it helps
