Realtive deviation=0.76

Explanation:

Mean=3.87+3.95+3.89/3

=9.271/3

=3.90

Absolute deviation=|observed value-mean|

1 .|3.87-3.90|=0.03

2.|3.95-3.90|=0.05

3.|3.89-3.90|=0.01

Mean of absolute deviation=0.03+0.05+.0.01/3

=0.09/3

=0.03

Realtive deviation=0.03/3.90×100%

=0.76
