PROBLEM#1:

% V / V (percentage of volume per volume) =?

V1 (solute volume) = 25 mL

V (volume of the solution) = solute + solvent = 25 mL + 45 mL = 70 mL

We apply the data to the formula of volume percentage of the solute per volume of solution, we will have:

PROBLEM#2:

DIRECTIONS:

THE ANSWER IS 2 PERCENT

SOLUTION:

He gave me a 160ML as developer, Acetic acid as stop bath and hypo (In ... This needs to be diltued to give a 2 percent solution. As Chris says , you have to find out the concentration of the acetic acid.
