of 4 m s-'. What distance will it cover in 10 s after start?

The initial velocity = u = 0

The final velocity = v

The acceleration = a and time = t = 10

a = 4

The first equation of motion i.e - v = u + at

v = 0 + 40

v = 40m/s

The third equation of motion i.e :-

$2as = { v}^{2} - {u}^{2}$

$2 \times 4 \times s = ({40})^{2} - {0}^{2}$

$8 \times s = 1600 - 0$

$8 \times \: s = 1600$

$s = \frac{1600}{8}$

$s = 200$

∴ Distance it will cover in 10sec after start is 200m .
