Problem 7.7. A sample of gas at 15°C and I atm has a volume of 2.58 L. What volume will this gas occupy at 38°C and 1 atm ?

the equation of chales' law is V1/T1= V2/T2

Given, V1= 2.54L, T1= 15°C= 288K

          V2= ?, T2= 38°C= 311K

⇒ V1/T1= V2/T2

   2.54/288 = V2/311

   V2= 2.78L
