Hi ,

Dimensions of a Elise's vegetable

garden :

Length ( L ) = 9 feet

Let breadth = B feet

Area = 72 SQ feet ( given)

L × B = 72

9 × B = 72

B = 72/9

B = 8 feet

Therefore ,

Perimeter of the garden = 2( L + B )

P = 2 ( 9 + 8 )

= 2 × 17

= 34 feet

I hope this helps you.

Hiii friend,

Length of rectangular vegetable garden = 9 feet.

Let the breadth of garden be X feet

Area of rectangular vegetable garden = 72

Length × Breadth = 72

9 × Breadth = 72

Breadth = 72/9 => 8 feet

Therefore,

Perimeter or rectangular garden = 2(L+B)

=> 2 × ( 9 + 8)

=> 2 × 17

=> 34 feet

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU....... :-)
