Problem is ....we all know that atom is neutral and stable(anyhow) so why its impossible to calculate the exact radius of an atom​

Answer:

The distance from its nucleus to the outermost shell or part is known as the radius of an atom. Because electrons revolve round in the shell it is not possible to know the exact position.

But still if one atom bonds with another, we can determine the radius of that atom by measuring the distance from one nucleus to another. Also, covalent bond and ionic bond plays an important role in measurement of radius.
