Why is it an important issue?

Because it is becoming increasingly common.

 

IS IT RIGHT?

NO, because:

It is an act of violence. It ruins school/public property. There are other civil ways of showing anger. It is against democratic principles. Those who destroy property do not take responsibility for replacing the same. Other students suffer because of a few trouble makers. It brings a bad name to the students as well as the school and can even mar the student’s future prospects.

 

CONCLUSION: Those who feel that it is a justified expression of anger need to consider what it accomplishes.

It accomplishes nothing positive. So, if there is no positive outcome, it cannot possibly be right.
