railways cannot be built in hilly areas,most they are,used for heavy goods

Railways are not accessible in those areas where terrain is not plain and hilly.

People many a times stretch the chains without any reason which result in loss to railways

Increase thefts and vulgarity on Railway sttns and in trains.

Passengers destroy railway resources.

People also don't buy the tickets and travel with some T.C indulge in corruption.

Black ticketing outside trains by T.Cs and their agents.
