the problems faced by TISCO industry are -
1. Human resources : most trained and educated professionals prefer services sector jobs for industry.
2. Manufacture and mining : depleting resources and reserves of iron ore and steel etc are one of biggest challenges the democracy us likely to face.
3. Government Policies : Government initiative such as better infrastructure, stricter norms to bring demand at part with supply ,etc are needed for management of industry like Tata steel (2008)..
