Infrastructure and development. We have horrible connectivity issues. Good roads are few and a rarity. Only a handful of towns and the capital have all weather road connectivity which again quality wise is left wanting. We may boast of some of the best scenic beauty in the country but getting there is like a literally back breaking endeavour. If there are no roads it's a literal wilderness.
