PROBLEMS--
(1) Increase in wages, and extra expenses to provide other amenities to workmen and improvement of working conditions can cause higher cost of production.
(2)There is no provision in the Indian Trade Unions Act or Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the only two central enactments in this respect in the country regarding recognition of the trade union by employers.
