2. Get three wide-mouthed bottles and level them A, B and C.
3. Pour 100 mL of water into each bottle.
4. Put 10g and 20g of salt in bottles B and C, respectively. Stir until the salt crystals are completely dissolved.
5. Place an equal number of sliced potato sticks into salt solution in bottles A, B and C.
6. Cover the bottles then set them aside after 30minutes.
7. After 30 minutes, observe and compare the texture, appearance and turgidity of the potato sticks in the three bottles.
8. Record your observation in a short paper.
