☆if a crime has take place___

●go to the nearest police station.

●you will be directed to the duty officer.you can either verbally tell the officer what happend,or write down the details of yourself .if you tell the police verbally ,then they must write it down.

●the duty officer will then make an entry in the general diary or daily diary.

●if you have written a complaint with you ,please carry two copies and give them to officer .
●both will be stamped.

●The stamp bears a Daily Diary Number or DD No. and is proof that they received your complaint.

●once the police is read it out ,if all details are correct ,☆you can sign the FIR .

●you have the right to get copy of the FIR for free.

★ After a crime or an illegal report of something, An FIR can either be written by a police officer or recorded verbally in a police station.

★ After the officer has written down all the reports given by an individual, the officer reads it out again for confirmation.

★ It is the right of an individual that after filling an FIR, the officer has to read out the statements given by him/her.

★ After all the recordings, the individual has to sign on the FIR for his/her satisfaction.

★ When all the formalities are done, the police officer has to given out a copy of the FIR report to the individual in Free Of Cost.
