If any law is to be made in the Indian Parliament then firstly a principle is decided then a rough law is made.
After this, debate is held upon this law to check whether it is good for the society or not. Amedments can also be made during these debates.
Then if the law is considered good then the Executive Assembly passes this law.
Now, it's the Judiciary's duty to protect this law.
