1st plan which all sports you want to keep in school for example. Marathon, high jump, long jump etc you can also keep March past
2nd fix a date for a selection
3rd for selected people conduct semi finials
4th the day u have selected as sports day call on that day call everyone on ground at particular time and keep finials.
5th after all finials who are winners can be awarded with trophy or medals
