☞ PREPARATION OF OMELET ☜
An omelet is a good fast food. To prepare it onion, chilli and ginger are at first cut into small pieces. Next an egg is broken into a bowl. It is then mixed with the onion, ginger, chilli pieces and a little salt is added. The mixture is stirred well.
Then some oil or ghee is poured into a frying pan on the stove. The mixture is poured into and spread all over the heated pan. In a minute the mixture solidifies. It is then rolled. Now the omelet is ready to be served hot in a plate.

Process of making Omlet =>
- Beat the egg with the beater.
- Add salt, pepper and water.Turn on the stove, add clarified butter, melt it in medium to high flame.
- Once it is melted, add the beated egg, turn the stove to medium flame.
- Slightly move the bottom part of the omlet with the “turner”.
- Flip the content with Turner and make the upper part gets cooked.
- Turn off the stove if there is no liquid remaining and serve hot.
