Conflicts can reduce and can cause much harm to the efficiency of the organisation. Some of the problems are stated below:-

1. Mental and health concerns:- Due to conflicts , a person may become frustrated and stressed which adversely affects their personal and professional life.
2. Decreased productivity:- When an organisation become busy in creating and solving conflicts, the rare of production gets delayed and decreased
3. Resignation of employees:- Due to frequent conflicts, employees may resign from their jobs and hence there may be much harm in the production.
4. Violence:- Intense conflicts may create violence between the members of an organisation which may cause much harm to the organisation.
