Ello.... good morning

Recombinant DNA technology refer to the process of joining molecule from the two different sources and inserting them a host organism.to generate product human use.

this process is involved in multiple steps:-

✔️ isolation of genetic material

✔️restriction enzyme digestion

✔️ amplification using PCR

✔️ ligation of DNA molecule

✔️ insertion of Recombinant DNA into host

✔️ obtain Foreign gene product

✔️ down processing

lysosome- to break bacterial cell

cellulose- to break plant cell

Ribo cellulose- remove DNA

Recombinant DNA technology involves several steps in specific sequence such as isolation of DNA, fragmentation of DNA by restrictions endonucleases, isolation of a desired DNA fragrant, ligation of the DNA fragrant into a vector, transferring the recombinant DNA into the host, culturing the host cells in a medium at large scale and extraction of the desired product.
