Answer :- True . Processing of custom complaints can be automated using RPA (Robotic process automation). Custom complaints are forecasted to grow exponentially hence an automation is required to handle such huge traffic. This principle based on which RPA works for Custom complaints processing is classify the customer complaint into a category. For each category there is the set of pre-defined resolution. RPA needs to be classify customer complaint into right category via structured set of questions .
