Answer:

let the first number be x

then,other number=16x

their product=16x*x

=16x^2

As per question,

16x^2=1296

x^2=1296/16

x^2=81

x=√81

x=9

hence first number=9,and second number=16*9=144.

Answer: let one no. Be x

Another no. Be y

ATQ

xy=1296. 1

x=16y

Putting x=16y in 1

16y*y=1296

16y^2=1296

y^2=1296/16=81

y=√81

y= 9

Put y =9 in 1

9x=1296

x=1296/9

x=144

Hence , one no. Is 144

And another is 9

Hope it helps
