This is your answer.

We have a identity of one, which is called as multiplicative identity of 1.

This identity states that when one is multiplied by another number, then the product is that number.

i.e. a × 1 = a
b × 1 = b.

So......
The product of a decimal number and 1 will not be one. It will be the number by which the one is multiplied.
