  • The product of two rational numbers is 1, If the one number is 10. Find the another number.

\underline {\bold {Given :}}

  • Product of two rational numbers =1
  • One number = 10

\underline {\bold {To\:Find :}}

  • The another number.

Let the another number be x.

Atq,

\implies x \times 10 = 1 \\  \\ \implies 10x = 1 \\  \\  \implies x  =  \dfrac{1}{10}

\green {\therefore{\tt {The\:another\:number\:is\: \dfrac{1}{10}.}}}

As we know that :

  • Product of two rational number = 1
  • One number = 10
  • Another number = \dfrac{1}{10}

\implies \dfrac{1}{10} \times 10 = 1 \\  \\ \implies 1 = 1 \\  \\  \implies LHS= RHS

Solution:

Given,

Product of two rationalnumbers=1

Product of two rational numbers =1One number = 10

Find,

The another number.

The another number.Let the another number be x.

➡x×10=1

➡10x=1

➡x= 10/1

∴The another number is =10/1

Verification:

As we know that :

Product of two rational number = 1

One number = 10

Another number = 10/1

➡ 10/1 ×10=1

➡1=1

➡LHS=RHS.
