Given f(x)=x² −4x+3 ........... (i)

Comparing (i) with the standard form of quadratic polynomial ax ² +bx+c=0 . (ii) we get,

a=1,b=−4,c=3

Let α,β be zeros of equation (i)

Product of zeros of equation (ii) is given by c/a

∴ Product of zeroes(α,β) of (i)

=α⋅β= c/a=3/1 =3

Hence, the answer is 3.
