By the presence of scrotum or scrotal sac.

Explanation:

  • Sperms are produced inside the testis. They require 5-10 degree Celsius temperature lower than that of the body temperature.
  • In summer the scrotal sac lowers down and as a result the testis moves away from the body, hence it receive less heat.
  • In case of winter where the outside temperature is less, the scrotum contracts resulting in coming close to the testis and hence it received heat from the body. In this way it maintains the required temperature.
