if you are an windows user , then you should try going for

1 ) ms paint ( for free and extremely basics knowledge is needed )

2 ) adobe illustrator draw ( paid and need to learn the app )

and if you are Linux user , then I will suggest :-

1) GIMP

and if your a Mac user , the paintbrush is preloaded for user as Microsoft provide ms paint .

NOTE : running adobe illustrator draw, needs better pc parts . basically decent parts will work for you .....
