Well, the traffic in human beings and the beggar and also the other similar forms of the forced labour are prohibited and any contravention of this provision shall be an offense punishable in accordance with the law
In fact, nothing in this article will prevent the States from an imposing the compulsory services for the public purpose, and in imposing such services the State shall not make any discrimination on grounds only of the religion, race, caste or class or any of them.
