For every action there is equal and opposite reaction that acts on the body simultaneously.

Explanation:

The newton's third law basically describes the law of motion. Considering an object which applies force on another object, in this case one object experiences action while the second one experiences reaction force. The concept of force is seen as a pair of action and reaction. This laws is valid and can be proved with daily experiments and scientific ones too.

Examples can be:

Writing: writing is possible due to friction which is a kind of force. You exert a kind of force(muscular) with your pen as well as the notebook exerts a force with which you are able to write.

Helicopters create lift by pushing air down, thereby exerting an upward reaction force.

Rockets move by expelling gas at high velocity and the gas exerts a large reaction force to forward the rocket. Thus action reaction forces are paired up.

A person walking or running applies third law. He exerts some force to move forward and the earth too.
