to run a market in batter way trust of people must be needed so that they

get gyarrente of the thing which he /she buye in the market .It is like a relationship between doctor and patient .patient have go to hospital for the purpose of cure he want their blindly because he know that the doctor present in hospital is in his place because he had full fill the demand of licence (private sector) and for govt he trained well and completed the cretaria to be a doctor .

the bond (belief) between doctor and patient is developed by the licence or we say the eligibility cretaria .

consumer awareness is also like that .It creates a bond between sellar and buyer and give a belief about the things which buyer buye .

Consumer is a person who purchases goods and/or services for personal use.

Consumer take decisions whether to buy the product or not.

Consumer can influenced by marketing advertisements.

Consumer Rights :-

Consumer Responsibilities :-

Consumer should be aware of his/her rights under consumer protection act.

Consumers should be aware of the product which they are going to buy.

Consumers should check for the standard marks like Hallmark or ISI.

Consumer Awareness :-

Consumer Awareness is making the consumers aware of their rights.

It is making the consumer aware of the information about good and/or services, products.

Consumer Protection Act - 1986

The Consumer Protection Bill was introduced in Loksabha on 5th December 1986 in order to provide better protection of the interests of the consumer.
