Students can take initiatives to ensure that there is ample greenery around. The project can comprise the following steps:
1. A survey in the neighborhood and find data about how many houses have a garden/terrace garden/plants - A questionnaire can be made to collect the data - Conclusion drawn based on the data
2. Encouragement is provided to the people who don't keep plants at all and others who do, are motivated to keep that up.
3. A group of students can go to a nearby park and tieing up with the gardener, can collect saplings from the neighborhood (request RWA to arrange some) and plant them in the park.
4. Students who belong to the rural areas have plenty of space. They can plant even more trees.
5. Wherever possible, click pictures as the evidence.
