Every house has gadgets like televisions, refrigerators and washing machines. Majority of the people own vehicles like cars, scooters and motorbikes. The mobile phones have become very popular. Even the people living in villages own a mobile phone. So the craze for electronic toys is going on increasing.
However, this obsession for gadgets has a negative impact on the environment. When these gadgets wear out they are discarded. This creates e-waste. When electronic goods are not disposed properly they harm the environment. They contain toxins like mercury, lithium and lead.
