Answer:

Town planning and artifacts of the Harappan Civilization.

Explanation:

The most influential feature of Harappan Civilization is their town planning. Their artifacts are obviously standing next to it. There have been many excavations done on the cities of Indus valley civilization that had led to find their unique life style and construction models.

  • Every house was neatly arranged like grids to form a perfect street.
  • Houses were connected to a public drainage system.
  • Every city of the Indus valley Civilization has divisions like the lower town and the citadel.
  • Every street was interconnected and roads were laid wide as enough to let a chariot pass through.

Artifacts of Harappan civilization:

Artifacts that were collected through excavation are found to be mostly depicting their craftsman skills. Terracotta,  Stone sculptures, tools made of bronze and iron, seals, clay pots and utilities are the commonly found artifacts from the Harappan excavation site.

Answer:

Harappa is a large village located in current Punjab (the section in pakistan).

Explanation:

The harappan site is important because it is the main city of the Indus Valley Civilization. The ruins of the city were made of bricks and they were all put in a specific pattern. There were roads, paths, houses, buildings, citadels, sewage systems, and wells for fresh water. The city of harappa also had a bath which was built on a platform to avoid flooding. Everything was made out of mud bricks and the houses and streets were made in an organized grid like pattern. All the cities matched this pattern. That is how they knew all of them were part of the same civilization!
