we fall ill becoze of the disease causing mocro organism they enter on oir body through water air etc. when they enter in our body they do division and they bcome so more micro organisms if we not take medicine quickly they cause illness in our body

We fall ill because of many reasons. Some of these reasons are listed below in points -

1. We fall ill when we consume dirty foods infected by certain microorganisms, etc. For example - if a housefly sits on food and unknowingly we consume that food item, we may fall ill because houseflies are also agents of some diseases like elephantiasis.

2. We may also fall ill when we are surrounded by dirty or polluted environmental conditions. For example : Dirty drains are the breeding sites for mosquito. So, if mosquitoes bites us we may suffer from malaria as they are vectors of carrying Plasmodium which is responsible for malaria.

3. Also, when our immune system does not work in a proper manner, we may fall ill.
