• Being a responsible tourist and citizen: While visiting any protected area, make sure that you "do not harm" the environment in any way. Throwing around garbage or causing pollution of any sort can harm the tigers. One can be a responsible citizen by putting a stop to poaching and not buying any animal goods
• Awareness: One can encourage their neighbours and co-workers to contribute something in protecting the wild animals. Plus, people can be educated about the "importance of tigers" and other animals and the role they play.
