The fundamental rights in Indian constitution includes:-
1• right to equality - it means that all persons are equal before the law . The practice of untouchability has been abolished . Every one has access to all public places and no one can discriminate him on the basis of caste , race , religion and gender.
2• right to freedom - it refers that everyone has right to give his expression and speech in public . One can reside in any part of the country .
3• right to education - it refers that every religious community have right to set up their own educational centres .
4• right of religion - this means that every citizen of India can practice any religion of his choice .
5•right against exploitation - it means child labour that is children working under age of 14 and illegal buying and selling of commodities especially women and children is wrong .
6• right to constitutional remidies - if one believes that any of his rights is violated then he can approach the courts.
