The Art of Yoga Project - Yoga and Creative Arts Program
The Art of Yoga Project provides gender-responsive youth programs to give at-risk girls the necessary tools for better decision-making and life-long wellness. Teaching yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and creative self-expression, we foster girls’ self-awareness, self-respect and self-control. Positive relationships and accountability are also key themes.
