a. nucleus in eukaryotes and plastid in procaryotes.
b. Cell wall is thick, several layered and peptidoglyconic in procaryotes while in eukaryotes cell wall is made up of cellulose Titan and another units

See eukaryotes are very different from prokaryotes:-
a)Nucleus in Prokaryotic is not well defined.
Nucleus in eukaryotic is well defined.
b)DNA in Prokaryotic is not well developed.
DNA in Eukaryotic is well developed.
c)Mitochondria is in both but well bounded by
cell membrane in Eukaryotic but not so in
Prokaryotic.
d)Prokaryotic- cell membrane is absent.
Eukaryotic-cell membrane is present.
