prokaryotes r either autotrophs o or heterotrophs.Autotrophs can synthesis their own food for energy production where as the heterotrophs must consume food to use for energy production.

Prokaryotes could either be hetrotrophs or autotrophs . Autotrophs are capable of mking their own food while heterotrophs have to get their food their own and consume they are not self capable to produce their own food and consume as the autotrophs
