This statement is False.

Synaptic Signalling is a special case of signalling between neurons and target cells.

Cell signalling controls, regulates and coordinates basic cell activities and cell actions. Cells contact each other directly which is known as Juxtacrine Signalling. They contact over short distances using Paracrine Signalling and over long distance by a method called Synaptic Signalling.

Synaptic signalling is a special case of Paracrine (chemical synapses) or Juxtacrine (electrical synapses) signalling between neurons and target cells.

Prokaryotes are mostly unicellular organisms.

This is fasle    Because synaptic signaling is the type of signaling which is between cells and synaps   The example for this is the signaling between neuron and muscles and activity look after by the neural system   Prokaryotes do not comunicate by synaptic signaling.   There is a special system called synape between cell reciving and cell orignating system
