firstly you should make him understand that it is wrong whatever he did. and if he don't understand than just report him to your class teacher and till he not understand than make jokes on him

I will tell my classmate not to cut out hi/her name because it is a bad habit.
It is the responsibility of every student in the school to maintain the school property as it also belongs to us.
