prompt .. most of the students in your class have difficulty in viewing the blackboard due to poor eyesight but they choose not to wear spectacle this leads to error in thier written work and notes discuss why this students do noy wear spectacle and how could you produe promote of better cap

They aren't wearing the spectacles because  they think that by wearing glasses they do not look good and feel shame in wearing them. 
We should tell them that there is no shame in wearing glasses and tell them the side effects of not wearing it.

There is a notion that, people who wear glasses are 'nerds' and 'uncool book worms'. Many kids even get bullied and teased just because of that. (Saying from personal experience). They even think that wearing glasses makes you seem 'ugly', no doubt many tv serials and adds show it like that. (Again from personal experience) 

So what to do?

Tell your kids, or friends that there's nothing uncool in wearing specs, it's just made to correct your vision, and You're cool until you're 'yourself'. Try to increase their self confidence.And warn them about the hazards of not wearing them. 

If people tell anything about you wearing specs, Ignore, it's just a moo effect, doesn't matter at all. If you don't wear specs , then it's your loss, not theirs.
