Answer :-

\star  \: \red{  \sf \: Number  \: of } \green{ \sf \: Rs. 10  \: notes = 8 ,} \\  \\  \sf \:  \star \pink{ \: </p><p>Number  \: of } \blue{ \: Rs. 20  \: notes = 5 }</p><p> \:  \:

Explanation :-

 \sf \: Let  \: ,  \\  \to \sf \red{ numberm  \: of \:  }Rs .10  \: notes \:  =  \: a  \:  \:  \:  \\  \to \sf \pink{ number \:  of  }\: Rs .20  \:  \orange{notes = b}

According to the question -

→notes of Rs. 10. is 3 more then that of Rs. 20

 \blue{ \implies} \sf \orange{ a = b \: } + 3 \:  \:  .....eq.(1) \:

°•° Total money in the denomination of Rs. 10 snd Rs .20 is Rs. 180

 \red{ \implies }\sf \green{ 10a \:  + }20b  \: \pink{  = 180} \\  \\ \sf from \: eq.(1) \:  \:  \\   \sf \:  \:  \red{put \: a }= \green{ b + 3} \\  \\   \pink{\implies \: } \sf  \orange{10( \red{b + 3}) + }20b = 180 \\  \\   \green{\implies }\sf \blue{ 10b +} 30  +  \red{20b = 180} \\  \\   \orange{\implies }\sf \sf \green{ 30b = }180 - 30 \\  \\   \pink{\implies } \sf \red{30b =} 150 \\  \\   \red{\implies}  \large \boxed{  \pink{\boxed{\sf \red{ b = 5}}}} \\  \\  \sf \: now \: put \: b = 5 \:  \: in \: eq.(1) \\  \\   \implies \sf \green{ a  = 3 }+ 5 \\  \\   \pink{\implies} \large \boxed{ \green{ \boxed{ \sf \: a = 8}}}

Therefore ,

 \star  \: \red{  \sf \: Number  \: of } \green{ \sf \: Rs. 10  \: notes = 8 ,} \\  \\  \sf \:  \star \pink{ \: </p><p>Number  \: of } \blue{ \: Rs. 20  \: notes = 5 }</p><p> \:

\huge\bold{Question}

Pronation has Rs20.the. 180 in the denomination of Rs20.and Rs10 .the number Rs.10 is three more than Rs20 notes find the number of notes of each of denomination ?

\huge\bold{Answer}

Let the no. of ₹ 10 notes = a

Let the no. of ₹ 20 notes = b

So, according to the question :-

Notes of ₹ 10. is 3 more then that of ₹. 20

= a = b + 3 __________________(1)

Total money in the denomination of ₹. 10 snd ₹ .20 is ₹. 180

= 10 a + 20 b = 180

Simply by using the value of “ a ” in above question

→ 10 (b + 3) + 20 b = 180

→ 10b + 30 + 20b = 180

→ 30b = 180 - 30

→ 30b = 150

→ b = 5

By substitute the value of “ b ” in eqn (1) we get :-

→ a = 3 + b

→ a = 3 + 5

→ a = 8

Hence ,

★ no. of ₹ 10 notes = 8

★ no. of ₹ 20 notes = 5
