Answer:

ac ^{2}  = ab ^{2}  + bc ^{2}

to find ac.

ab=4

bc=3 hence by the formula

ac^2=ab^2+bc^2

ac^2=4^2+3^2

ac^2=16+9

ac^2=25

ac=5.
