proof relation between kinetic energy and momemtum.....please do proof.​

Kinetic energy = 1/2*m*v^2
Momentum = mv
Squaring this both sides,
P^2 = m^2 * v^2
Where, p = momentum

Thus,
mv^2 = P^2/m

So, putting this value in kinetic energy formula,

Kinetic Energy = 1/2*P^2 / m
Therefore,

Kinetic Energy = P^2/2m
